User Agreement
This User Agreement governs the use of / and its individual pages, forms, quiz, interfaces, materials and functions.
By using the Site, viewing its materials, filling in a form, taking the quiz, sending a request, opening a messenger or taking any other action on the Site, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookies Policy, and accept their terms.
1. Definitions

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Company gives the User the opportunity to use the Site to review information about real estate offers, take the quiz, send a request, order a call back, open messengers and receive advice from the Company’s representatives.
The Site is used on the terms of this Agreement.
3. Acceptance of the Agreement
Any use of the Site constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, including viewing materials, taking the quiz, clicking buttons, filling in forms, submitting contact details, ordering a call back or opening a messenger.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the Site.
4. Use of the Site
The User undertakes to use the Site only by lawful means and not to take any action that may disrupt the operation of the Site or infringe the rights of the Company, the rights of third parties or the requirements of applicable law.
The User may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or otherwise use the Content of the Site without the Company’s prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial use.
5. Information on the Site
The information published on the Site is provided for information and presentation purposes.
The information provided about properties, prices, purchase terms, investment indicators, layouts, delivery dates, unit availability and other characteristics is subject to change and must be confirmed with the Company’s representatives.

10. Changes to the Agreement
The Company may amend this Agreement unilaterally. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site, unless a different date is specified in that version.
Continued use of the Site after a new version is published means that the User accepts the changes.
